About Us
Rehab Haven is an outpatient occupational therapy private practice with licensed and certified therapists who specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation Upper Extremity conditions and injuries. Our trained therapists partner with our clients to achieve the best possible therapeutic outcome for their condition.

We partner with you to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care following our initial evaluation to determine your specific treatment needs.
